As of May 1, 2021, the court is processing all new petitions for review in immigration cases through the court's new Appellate Case Management System (ACMS). Filings in immigration petitions for review submitted on or before April 30, 2021 will be processed via CM/ECF unless the Court directs otherwise.
As of January 1, 2022, the court is processing all new Applications for Permission to File a Second or Successive Habeas Corpus Petition/Motion (SOS Applications) through the court’s Appellate Case Management System (ACMS). Filings in SOS Applications submitted on or before December 31, 2021 will be processed via CM/ECF unless the Court directs otherwise.
